BLACK SALT WITH NORTINDAL INK
Follow the simple steps that the video tells you and you can season your dishes with a mixture of unique flavors!
MethodWith the salt spread on a tray, mix Nortindal sepia ink until the salt and the ink are completely connected. Once that is done, we spread the salt on a perforated oven tray, and we introduce it in the TekTherm Compact oven, to dehydrate the salt. Once out of the oven, we pass the salt through the blender to peel and loosen the beans to leave it looser.
