The Youtuber ‘Jacks Flavors’ invites us to make a recipe of black rice with cuttlefish. A simple recipe where the Nortindal sepia ink plays a prominent role ;D

Put the heads of the prawns to cook in a pot with water so that they release all the juice. This water will serve to cook the rice. We fry the onions in a frying pan. We have to let them brown well. Cut the cut into squares and add to the onion. Let the sepia brown.

For the chopped, in a bowl we put the oil, the onion, the garlic, the parsley, the peppers of the piquillo, the peeled tomatoes and the almonds. We beat everything and we add it to the sepia. Once everything is connected, add the ink to the Nortindal.

Add the rice to the mixture according to the amount we want, stir, and add the shrimp broth. With the rest of the prawns, we take them with oil and garlic and reserve them to add them to our paella.
